Customer Service Skills (Pre-accredited training 20 hours)

You will learn the basic skills required in retail/ customer service industries. These include: Customer Service, communication skills, handling inquiries, cash handling, OH&S and more.

The 20 hours will be delivered in four 5 hour sessions over the next 4 weeks. (Tuesday 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th March)
