The morning begins with an outdoor yoga flow class led by Natalie Jenkins of Swan Yoga Bliss, followed by a deeply relaxing sound healing meditation with a local didgeridoo artist.
Having worked up an appetite, we will then enjoy a delicious brunch, provided by Donna at Tuscan on Calder.
